Haley’s Corker Corporation completes acquisition of Vinum Corporation from Jean and Jim Haley including the purchase of Haley’s Corker original and platinum corker products and all assets of Vinum Corporation.
“We are honored to continue Jean and Jim Haley’s legacy with the opportunity to acquire a business in which we have been a customer and fan of for many years”, said new owner Jodie Tristano. “We have continued discussions with Vinum Corporation of over three years and as the Haley’s moved toward retirement, the chance to own a premium wine accessory with an established consumer and trade business was just what we had in mind”.
Jodie Tristano completed a degree in hospitality management and spent 20 years in the hotel industry working for established hotel brands Starwood, Hilton, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and most recently held the position of Sales Director at McCormick Place Metropolitan Pier Authority in Chicago. Her experience in sales and hospitality management provide her with experience in sales and marketing.
